To date, Meridian Spice Group has developed a wide range of spices and rubs that we know you’ll fall in love with. AZORES CORVO RUB
This dry rub works great on beef, poultry, or pork. It includes coriander, juniper berries, cloves, mustard, Vietnamese Cinnamon, and some other unique spices.
TOBIAS GARLIC SAVOUR SALT
A true Chef classic – the simple combination of garlic, kosher salt, parsley, and onion. Always a crowd pleaser!
BLACKENED GHOST
Made with Ghost Peppers and chili powder…. but we didn’t stop there. We also included some Hungarian Paprika, marjoram, oregano, garlic, and Italian spices to make a phenomenal rub.
TEMPEST SEAFOOD SPICE
Our unique blend of Tarragon, mustard, onion, garlic, lemongrass, and black pepper. A perfect rub for all seafood.
MORELLA PORK AND CHICKEN RUB
A savory rub with garlic, oregano, cinnamon, cumin, lemon & orange peel, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. One of a kind!
HERBS DE PROVENCAL
Our own unique recipe of the French classic includes various Italian seasonings combined with Lavender, tarragon, bay leaves, and dill.
GREEK HOMESTYLE SEASONING
Straight from my father’s family in Greece. This spice combination includes lemon and orange peel with thyme, celery, basil, oregano, all-spice, nutmeg, and a few other select spices. Enjoy!
CROWN JERK SEASONING
Straight from the Jamaican Chef in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Of course, this spice includes Scotch Bonnet Peppers, garlic, cumin, cinnamon, tarragon, cloves, paprika and a few other spices. Enjoy it on anything with a cold Red Stripe cerveza!
LEMON-GARLIC PEPPER SEASONING
Our take on this traditional spice combination: Includes Pink Himalayan Salt, peppercorn mélange, garlic, parsley, and various types of lemon peel.
CLEVELAND STEAK SEASONING
A recipe that’s been in the family for decades includes salt, garlic, dill, oregano, lemon and orange peel, along with some additional select spices.” This recipe is over 100 years old. Enjoy it on everything!
